'StoneField Pizzeria' originated from a humble vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family founded our pizza place in 1985, initially as a quaint, family-operated business with recipes passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the pizza-making craft during her Italian sojourns. She apprenticed with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza cradle. Back in the UK, she strived to recapture the essence of true Italian pizza, employing time-honored methods and first-rate ingredients.
Our journey began in a modest pizza shop with seating for 12 patrons and has since expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Yet our dedication to prime quality and genuine traditions stands firm. Maintaining century-old wood-fired oven practices, we prepare our dough from scratch daily and prioritize top-caliber ingredient selection.
Today, 'StoneField Pizzeria' is still a family-managed venture, with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage steering our zealous team. Although we've incorporated modern advancements, our commercial soul remains focused on crafting delectable, true-to-roots pizza that unites our customers.
